Of course each page has to read in English to viewers who are assessing your website for it's value. Some people read website content. It's important to consider in this target casting medium the type of business persona you wish to portrait or the type of people you hope to attract and phrase your words accordingly.
At the same time you formulate your message, it's good to integrate as many of your keywords into the message while still reading out reasonably to a person. Page content that is packed with keywords to the detriment of readability will be noticed as such.
