I'm speccing a $95 upgrade for rotating banner option. As "one" randomly rotating banner requires an entire library of ads, the upgrade rate should be $95 for "one" instance, having several setup should redouble the price and is fair for the amount of effort in setup and how powerful and cool the effect. With the right setup a row of ads could be peppered between static bannerad and random banner library to make a nice portal look.
